After an initial consultation you quickly picked up on the type, style and budget we was looking for for our break. You made a number of very suitable recommendations, and once we decided you made all the necesary arrangements.
Your attention to detail is fantastic, from sending us pre-filled out luggage tags prior to our departure, to arranging little "extras" with the accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble.
Both my wife and I were 100% happy with every aspect of our trip, and as fairly seasoned travelers we know what we like, and what we don't!
It goes without saying that we will be using your services again, very soon, and also recommending you to all of our friends, colleagues and contacts.

Julie is one of the most patient and thorough Travel Counsellors. Her attention to detail on our trip to New Zealand and Brunei was second to none.
She took care of everything; booked hotels, provided maps, information, contact details and lists of "must sees".
When we couldn't find a confirmation Julie simply sent us another even though the time difference meant we must've got her out of bed!
