When deciding to renew my mortgage last year, I approached two mortgage brokers who had come highly recommended to me, but by the time I’d seen them both, there was one clear winner, and that was Graham Gibson from Lindon Travers Associates.
Rather than most mortgage brokers who would take your details and then just get back to you with what were “apparently” their best figures, Graham took the time to come to our own home where he hooked his laptop up to show us ALL of the current offers that were out there at the time.
By doing this and by giving us his own independent expert guidance, he was able to find us the right mortgage deal that suited our needs, and at the same time saving us over 5% on our monthly mortgage payments compared to the best offer from our other quote and over 10% on what we’d be paying under our previous mortgage.
