I first consulted Tal a few months ago with regard to a leak on my roof. Tal contacted me and very quickly sent two of his team round to my house and the problem was fixed.
More recently I contacted Tal again because I needed a loft ladder. Not only did Tal arrive before he was actually due to start work and do an excellent job of fitting the ladder but he also gave me some invaluable advice about loft insulation.
Thanks to Tal I now have a properly insulated loft with everything clearly organised and easily accessible. I am delighted!

I was introduced to Tal Belnik of Centaur Developments 3 years ago from a friend of mine who had some work done by them. I initially contacted Mr Belnik for replacing my boiler which he did quickly and efficiently with his team, we then decided to have our upstairs bathroom refitted and again used Centaur Developments for this and we were very pleased, the work was done to schedule, the site was always clean and all the staff very friendly and informative. There was a few things extra that we needed doing around the house whilst the bathroom was being done which they did without hesitation, they made me feel they could not do enough for me.
Earlier this year we had planning permission granted for a double storey extension to the rear of our house which would give us and extra bedroom and bathroom plus a big kitchen breakfast room. Our first point of contact was Centaur Developments we were so pleased with previous work, he quoted us promptly, we did get other quotes as a comparison but in the end we gave the work to Centaur Developments. Work commenced quickly, we went on a 2 week holiday at the start of the project and could not believe the progress on our return. Everything was done efficiently and most importantly to a very high standard. The attention to detail was fantastic and it is very clear that Mr Belnik is a perfectionist.

We contacted Centaur Developments from finding their website when looking for contractors to quote us for a loft conversion. We had seen a house we were interested in buying but it did depend on if a loft conversion was possible as we needed that extra space.
Centaur Developments visited the property and talked us through the options, we then received a detailed quotation. This was competitive with other quotes we obtained with 5 other companies.

Over the last few weeks they have been working in my home on a kitchen wall demolition, with steel fittings, also new floorboards, tiling, ceiling dropping, plastering and installation of spotlights.

I employed Tal to refit my bathroom in December of last year. I found him to be polite, diligent and enthusiastic worker.
He took great trouble to devise and draw up plans to maximise the available space and was happy to make more than one visit to finalise these before starting the work.
He clearly set out what was included in his quote and was happy to undertake any unexpected work after discussing it with me.
